β β β β β Shared my dinner with my friend at Atlas Bistro, but you can order meals from Atlas Pizzeria too. We ordered meals from both Atlas Bistro and Atlas Pizzeria. We had the Nonna Josephine pizza (RM45), which was a fancier version of the Hawaiian pizza with tastefully marinated chicken meat and pineapples. The Smoked Duck Breast, Pickled Grape, Pear & Almond Salad (RM39) had a pretty interesting taste while the Ahi Tuna and Talleggio Cheese (RM39) was really, really good - there was only one bread with topping but the few chunks of soft tuna went so well with the cheese. The tiramisu (RM26) was the show stopper because it was soft, creamy and doused with a generous amount of coffee and alcohol (oops hehehe). Definitely one of my most memorable dinners I've ever had! .

β β β β β We came here before and had steak. Nice cozy restaurant. Today wife on vegetarian, manager was very accommodating to recommend seafood aglio olio to us and will ask Chef to prepare a vegetarian version. That was nice although the output was a bit bland and needed some salt and pepper....
Unfortunately, they still charged seafood price of 49rm for the vegetarian version! I had assume, they will revised the price downward a bit. Didnβt argue, just asked, got my answer and paid.

β β β β β I have eaten at Atlas Bistro too many times. I am lured by the wonderful selection of steaks on display. If only they could cook them properly! The cold grill produces meat that is rarer than rare.
A better alternative is Tamaruya, inside Japan Store.

β β β β β For comfort and delicious food, we'd go to Atlas Bistro. The steak is just amazing. Just pick whichever cut u want from the chiller, they'll cook it the way you want it. I love it how they'd always give you the truffle salt to be paired with the steak. Magnifique! The salad that accompanied the steak is just basic salad but nicely tossed with their house dressing, thus it complement the steak.
All of the pasta are worth trying coz we tried all of them and i always have trouble choosing whenever we're there coz they're jst so good.
Service just impeccable, every single time.
Overall the price is on the higher end which reflects the impeccable service and top notch food. Dont mind paying for such great experience, every single time! ??

β β β β β Steak: 4/5 well cooked to order (ordered medium and the steaks were all cooked to medium). Japanese premium cuts were very good. Did not try the sauces but they served steaks with truffle salt which was a bonus.
Service & Ambience: 4/5 very comfortable bistro / cafe setting. Underground so no natural light. Service was very good.
Value: 5/5 for premium cuts of beef. You choose your steak from a butcher counter and pay counter prices. The wine on offer was also reasonably priced.
Would recommend and will come back to try their dry aged steaks.

β β β β β Great window selection of steaks (beef and lamb) cooked to perfection. Prices are above average but they do have promotional prices often. Regular menu can be a bit underwhelming and seating is limited. Coffee is great. Excellent place for a quick and impressive 1 to 1 business lunch in the area.

β β β β β Good steak. The chef grilled it on point. Risotto is good as well. However, the service is lack attentive. Quite a number of items on the menu not available. The restaurant was suddenly closed for order for an hour (about 3pm) despite they are all day dining restaurant. Can see that they are understaffed. Even the security guard is helping to clean the table.

β β β β β Atlas Bistro and the group (deli & pizzeria) served delicious food overall, but I have to give overall 1-star rating for the service & staff friendliness. And the service level keeps dropping.
How can a high end restaurant that serves food at high price have staff that's not customer friendly? Don't expect any welcome greeting coming to this restaurant, not even the manager will greet you. Even the staff at Atlas Deli, the cheapest among the chain have better well mannered staffs. Might as well you get the Atlas deli people to work at Bistro.
One specific example of impoliteness, the waittress called Aimi. Visited the place almost 6 times since she joined but never has she welcomed us to the restaurant and responded with explanations when you asked something. She will keep her silence and just do what you asked her. And no, you can't expect her to smile at customers when naturally that's supposed to be a waitress job, make customers feel welcome.
The only exception is Ms. Kirthi. Although she's fairly new, she has the basic knowledge in customer service. Thumbs up and keep it up!
