The chicken is perfectly cooked. So soft, tender, and smooth. Do not get fool by the look when he chopped the parts with some pinkies meat because he will use very hot soup bath the chicken meat. The rice is super aromatic too. One thing you cannot miss is his soup as well. Make sure you order a big bowl of soup. Trust me you will not regrets.
