★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited after a long time. Used to be my favourite Indian restaurant in Bangsar during college days. The restaurant has moved from the corner place to an intermediate lot in Jalan Telawi 2. Though much smaller compared to the old shop, the food is still delicious and filling. Fast service, friendly & courteous staff and clean environment. The banana leaf lunch is superb, a must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been ordering their banana leaf set a few times for the past two months via grab. The taste is better than many so-called banana leaf restaurants! Surprisingly, the taste is quite consistent. Love their mango pickle too.... Keep it up...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered banana leaf with chicken 65 and fried fish. Curry is not bad. However when I eat the last few pieces of the chicken, I realize that the chicken tasted weird. I thought maybe it's just me. The next day I had very bad diaarhea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better mamaks, quite spacious, clean with full menu. Love the rawa thosai and naan (cheese / garlic). My friends said their banana leaf rice is pretty good but i've not tried. The satay stall is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banana leaf restaurants have mushroomed over the years, but Devi's (New) Corner takes the crown for the best FISH & CRAB CURRY, unending flow of papadom & fried bittergourd (thank you for never "running out"). You gotta top that beautiful symphony with Mooru Molagaa (sun dried salted chillies) & down a Rasam 'digestivo' to reach a state of happy food coma. This is one of the few places that I will finish all my greens & curries, finger lickin' good style. Love your new place & location, Dev! Feels like I'm dining at a friend's home, with friends :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service with friendly waiters. We went early, before 12.30 pm on a weekday so place wasn’t packed at all
Ordered their banana leaf along with chicken 65, which was freshly fried when ordered while husband had the chicken rendang. Their crab curry was to die for. Couldn’t resist finishing the mountain of rice with the curry.
What I love most is u can ask for extra papadum and fried bitter gourd.
Definately will come back again when I crave banana leaf again. Only downside is the parking at telawi is challenging. But other than that, all is good.
