β β β β β Yummy huge fresh mud crabs. It was sold according to weight, so you will pay for what you eat instead of the standard prices. 2 for 270rm. The stated price on the white board for crabs were 108rm per kg. We had our fill from the crabs. The Sweet and sour flavor ? was yummy and went perfectly with the small mantou. Both of us finished 14 mantou ( no rice ) lala kamhiong was tasty too ! Sambal kamkong was young and delicious. Will come again. Next time I would order the crabs to be cooked in different flavors. Was told to come on a weekday as weekend it might get busy.

They hv XL crab each 1kg plus.
We order 4 crab, 2 for sweet and sour another 2 is salted egg.
Sweet and sour most recommended, Just please dont ever order salted egg crab, it make the meat dry and no nice?.

β β β β β The sweet and sour crab is delicious followed by the fried rice. Somehow the warm rice melts in your mouth together with various mix of flavours exploding at the same time. Be ready to expect small miserable mantou of 10 pieces. It's so small that we initially thought 10 was a lot, but seeing the serving it's just nice. Price wise is a little high (around RM400 for 3kg of crab) but the size is generous and fresh.

β β β β β Came by on a Thursday evening, place got packed around 7pm. Didn't go for the crab but will probably be back for it. Service was ok, the aunty took the orders and went her merry way.
Marmite chicken was good, crispy and flavourful. Tender on the inside. Salted egg squid looked bland but took a bite and wooh - never judge a book by its cover. Kam heong lala was also amazing. It was flavourful and very fresh.
Definitely coming back for the crabs seeing all the reviews.

β β β β β Famous with the crab dish. Better to call for reservation. Delicious crab, we have ordered 2 flavour (spicy and sweet, kam heong). Found their steam fish, fried rice with anchovies also tasty. The only disappointed dish is the Seong tong lala, the broth not rich with ginger and taste abit plain. Overall quite satisfied.

β β β β β 1st time trying this place recommended by my friend as the place we wanted to go need to pre order. The crab was big and fresh even though the price of the Crab was RM 130 each (we ordered 4). However don't understand why the Sotong is RM50 a place. I would recommend this place if u guys are bored with your usual. Would say this place on the higher side.

β β β β β An old school establishment and landmark around the SS2 area, this place has not lost the charm nor the taste of what made this place so special during the early 80s.
The tastes is still as good when I first came here during the early nineties. Service is top notch and the kitchen is quick with the orders. All in all still a stellar dining experience especially in the company of good friends (or family). Highly recommended.

β β β β β Perfectly fried glass noddle (ε¬η²) not too dry or too wet, tasty and dried shrimp smells so nice, same goes to fried rice. The crab claw is same size with spoon and fresh, spicy and sour is delicious but always mini buns (ι¦ε€΄) out of stock. Please avoid to take this on weekend or public holiday, the waiting time is always above 1.5 hours, dine-in with booking or take-away with pre-order is same.
