★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is fresh. Can taste the freshness of prawns and the clams they served. But the crabs was so-so. Had it in salted egg but some part of the crab was not fully cooked especially the claw part. Undone crabs was not my favorite. The geoduck, had a taste of it in broth was also not my fav. Can taste the fishy-ness aftertaste.
I love the nyonya garoupa. Was the highlight of the night! Recommended! Fresh fish, tasty sauce and the fish was not overcooked! Great meal as a whole as it was paid for by the comoany i worked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday our family celebrated belated Mother’s Day at Unique Seafood PJ23. This is the usual seafood restaurant that we choose for family gathering if seafood is our choice.
Freshness, tasty, suitable location and most important less salt are making us to choose here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good. The price is just very expensive. There was not much dining experience other than the taste of the food. We ordered 5 dishes and it cost RM509, for our party of 5 adults and 2 children. For the car park, there is no other choice but valet parking for this roadside restaurant. When you arrive, you are at the liberty of the valet parking guys who directs you where to park, and you have to pay RM 9 per car, one time charge. No questions. It is daylight robbery. There are many other places with better settings than this, for sure.
Update CNY 2022 - We came here for reunion dinner and found that there is ample parking at their basement carpark, and RM 4 per entry. Service was good. The food portion was really good this time and we all had a great dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for CNY dinner - was pretty packed since I assume most others were there for CNY dinner too. One of the only few pork free/halal chinese places.
The "captains" here are not as friendly as they are in other chains so that was a downer. But overall, food was ok. Good thing was that the crab was super fresh!
Chicken on the other hand was super dry - wouldn't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience: spacious, great lighting, less noisy than other Chinese restaurants, plenty of seatings
Service: attentive but some are quite lost in serving customers
Food: had the crab soup but had small shell pieces in it, hope to improve as it almost cracked my tooth! The salted egg sotong was a disappointment… wasn’t fully coated with salted egg and had a very thick layer of batter which isn’t how I personally like it. Of course the ingredient they used was fresh and all halal
The pricing is on the higher end but portion was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An established seafood restaurant located in Petaling Jaya which serve live seafood as their main menu besides the regular Chinese cuisine and morning dim sum spread. Live seafood can be self selected at rows of display aquariums then weighted before being prepared by the chefs to your liking and specifications. Its hard for seafood not to taste good when they are as fresh as this gets. Restaurant is decent in size but parking can be a nightmare. Prices are a bit up market especially for their live seafood but service is really good. Recommended for those who love their seafood live and don't care too much about the prices. Thumbs up for this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique Seafood offers dimsum for lunch besides seafood. A good place for dine in with good service staff. Place is clean & spacious. Family friendly with big tables. Parking can be limited especially on busy weekends but there is valet parking.
