Malaysian and Singaporean delight. The foods are very delicious, but must wait for so long, at least 40 mins. While waiting for the dishes, they will prepare for you some snack with Chinese tea. Highly recommended Curry fish head, Squid sambal and kangkung with belacan.

The foods are very yummy.. especially fish head curry, egg foo yong, kangkong belacan, fried prawns and many many more.. almost all the dishes are nice. Highly recommended but need a lot of patience to wait for your turn although only 5 - 6 tables in the whole restaurant...

Local joint with yummy food but slow service as there's only 1 chef running everything! The fish head curry and battered fried sotong is super yummy though so it's worth the wait! The peeling wallpaper and simple traditional furniture adds to the old school ambience.

Walked in, two service staffs (must be family members) asked me twice "you have to wait 1 hour!" I said, I will wait although I don't get it there's only 3 tables waiting behind me and the restaurant was open about 15mins ago? My order of fish head curry, sambal kangkong came almost 2 hours later. The potion was small for 3 pax, no fish head only parts n slices of fish with ample veg. BUT THE CURRY WAS OUTSTANDING, very rare for a restaurant to use fresh coconut milk in their cuisine. The rest of my dishes was tasty and flavourful but simple in presentation. But is it worth the wait? I don't think so, will I come again? I don't think so either. BUT THE CURRY WAS AWESOME. Please get help in the kitchen...

This has to be one of the oldest restaurant in Kuantan as well as one of the hidden gem as well. Please don't expect 5 star ambiance or services, in here, it's all about the nostalgic flavor. Go for the curry fish head, mild yet super homies flavor, or the friend chicken (enci cabin or smtg) aromatic and crispy. You can't quite go wrong with the food here, but please be ready to wait for your food.

Old school restaurant. Very authentic Chinese style food. The curry fish head is yummy. The Japanese chicken is nice too. Don't go if you can't wait.

My favourite curry fish head place in town! Some other dishes I'd recommend are the Japanese chicken, the omelette, and the ginger beef. The best time to head there is right when they open at 7:30pm. The food is great but man does it take forever. If you go over there make sure to call beforehand to see how many tables are there because they are really slow at service. It probably takes about an hour for your food to arrive. But it's soooo worth it ?

Reservations And pre order is a must. They open at 720pm and we waited one hour for food, we are the first table! Curry Fish head is average. Other food is average. Not worth the wait. Restaurant deco look the same from 30 years ago when I first went there as a kid.
