★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food qualities are above average while you get to enjoy without paying through the nose. Been there on and off and their standards never seem to change, in a good way.
However, some dishes are too plain. For instance, I would recommend trying out their Lam Yee fried chicken and rice. The chicken meat is succulent and tender but you don't get any veges, just fried meat and rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portion is good, ingredients are generous and food taste good. Their Tom Yam is rich and tasty. However for one of the visits, their asam pedam ikan pari wasn't as fresh, the rest of the food seemed good nonetheless and waiters were good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing for the outlet at Summit USJ. Had tomyam soup, tomyam fried meehoon, assam prawns, Cantonese yee mee & porridge. All were good except the porridge which was average. Pricing affordable-based on menu, prices range from 10.90 to 16.90 for single meals excl drinks. Service too slow-waited 20-30min for certain dishes even though there were only 4 tables of customers
