★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat lambat. Dah beratur hampir 2 jam kat luar, bila turn kita masuk tiba-tiba sistem down, nak buka akaun asb tak boleh sbb teller takde id, sistem baru. Kalau dah tahu macam tu sepatutnya sediakan sorang pekerja kat luar, tanya setiap customer ada urusan apa.. kalau sistem down, inform cepat-cepat. Orang bukan nak habiskan masa duduk beratur kat luar tu sahaja. Orang ada urusan lain juga. Sangat mengecewakan.
 Very slow. I've been queuing for almost 2 hours outside, when our turn comes in, suddenly the system goes down, I want to open an ASB account, I can't because the teller doesn't have an ID, new system. If you already know that you should provide an outside worker, ask each customer what's the matter ... if the system is down, inform them quickly. People don't just want to spend time sitting in line outside. People have other business as well. Very disappointing.
