★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to this bank just want to make a CTC on my account here for my investment account purpose. The customer service and assistant branch manager Mr. Hasmadi Kasim very helpful. He helped me to print out the cover note as my one that printed from my home did not appear my name on that account. Its just took about less than 10 mins. I was lucky too because there is not many people during that time. Maybe the staff still in the chilll mood lahh kann.. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t deserve any star, due to default. Not sure RHB management is reading the feedbacks since no improvement from all the previous comments. Nvr experienced such sluggish service from any branches that I hv visited.Took me one hour and fifteen minutes to change a debit card although there were only few ppl yet the counter was not fast. Observed there are some regular patron who brings heaps of cheque to bank in where they don’t follow to QMS system. They just hop in when a counter is free where the rest hv to wait. Not whining but want to see improvement .
