โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service with the security Mr.S who being mean and rude to elder and customer. Due to covid, RHB Bank encourage clients to make appointment for visit. Only 5 persons are allowed which helps to controlling the spread of the virus. But the service of Mr.S gave a very bad image with his rude attitude, not being patient to the customer and speak in a mean way and did not follow the SOP as RHB Bank stated (5 persons). Management is poor, the progress of worker need to be improved.
