โ โ โ โ โ Called rhb sc to update contact via telephone but could not was informed to go to atm. Went to update at atm also cannot transaction cancelled popped out. Walked in to jln pasar branch and was informed by the helpdeck ladey need to bring proof of number belonging to you, bill or letter etc. Such troublesome just to update contact to receive otp. Other banks really convenient to update either via telephone or atm is sufficient.

โ โ โ โ โ We arrived before 8.30AM and asked the guard if they provide new notes for 'angpau', he said not sure, have to wait for bank to open at 9.15AM. We waited and when it finally opened, the lady receiving us was very cold and aloof, she arrogantly replied to my enquiry by saying "Entah. Saya tak tahu laa ada tak. Rasanya tak ada kot" without even having the courtesy to say sorry. I hope that RHB train their staffs well as this is a very bad example of how incompetent and unwelcoming some of your staffs are.

โ โ โ โ โ Spend a month to process for RHB Reflex e-banking, end up with issue. I asked the person who collected my documents and said everything is okay and fine for submission during my physical visit to the branch, end up I get such a bad result and it is after 1 month !
Person in charge on leave but there is no one back up her works and drag everything. Really get angry and disappointing on this !

โ โ โ โ โ Staff, particularly the tellers, are efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work!
Certainly far better than some other RHB branches I have the misfortune to experience.
The downside is you cannot contact them direct by phone but only through their call centre. No one answers the phone at the call centre and you have no option but to leave your contact number for them to return call. The return call, if it does come in at all, is usually in the late afternoon, past banking hours, too late to do any banking transaction.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst if not the worst RHB outlet. The staff simply dont care about you, not friendly and provide poor customer services. Cant even solve basic customer requirement and unbothered to do anything.
