★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional to elderly customer..waiting quite long..the person who supposed to attend refer to other staff that dosent know anything...at the end not settle ..and ask the customer to call...Actually not even 5 minutes to solve the problem but the person attend to other customer that came later ..so sad...dont judge old people not educated..but they just let go their problem to customer..customer service not compliance to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the website stated that close at 4:15pm but i arrived at 3:20pm 21/09/21 they said it closed already. Had a very bad experience, last time i came, they refused to get me in because no appointment made, the next day, i made an appointment but still have to wait outside like 20 minutes, standing and exposed to the straight sunlight. end up give up of waiting. and now they close like 1hour early than actual time that stated in the website. furthermore the staff there is not friendly and being sarcastic to the customer which is not proper when people ask nicely but been treated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and slow branch management. Customers queue outside of the bank in the hot sun. Staffs don’t care about the customers waiting in line and take their own sweet time to serve you. They keep telling you “appointment only” and barely have the courtesy to check with you what’s your matter.
