★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is helpful, The branch staff are very thoughtful, chair is provided for customer outside of the branch, very caring as some elderly cant stand long dur to MCO SOP banks are limited customer enter to the premises. Will definitely earn a credit from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude staff. This chinese lady was rude not only to me, who wasnt even in her counter. She was rude to her customer as well. She said she was lazy and tired to keep teaching customers, expecting us to know everything. Wanted to open a company account for my fashion line and an investment account for my shareholders.... what a waste of time.
I do not recommend her at all. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (not against rhb but i feel like some improvements can be made) The recent QMS appointment system is insane and the hotline number for this branch is not working.
So lets say im here to open a bank account. There is no large sign mentioning that the qms system is being emplimented. Ok nevermind, so queued for 25 mins just to get to the front door and being told off by an arrogant staff that i have to download the booking system Ok nevermind. So checked and the next availability is the next day Ok nevermind. So when i get there next morning to book again the system referred me to an afternoon OK nevermind. and when i come during afternoon i was told that i was missing some documents and was rejected. So I came the next day queue up for the qms and you know the rest of the story. Even if this was a flawless system alot of older people just can't get a grasp with this technology.
(do you see how inefficient this system is)
Let me compare to what HLB is doing)
Lets say i wanted to open an account. I dialed the branch number. The branch affirmed me with documents needed. Branch gave me a time to meet. Came earlier took the number and 10 mins later everything is settled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst experience I ever had in bank service!I brought all the document to the branch but they said no appointment then cannot do anything for me!then I made an appointment,they told me I can’t open an account because my living address in ic is not nearby their branch!but I just live next street of their branch??????
