★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa bila saya call ada staff angkat lepastu bunyi bising je? Saya tanya diam saja. Kalau macam tu baik takya ada contact number. Rasanya bukan saya sorang kena macam ni kot. Perbaiki lah service tu. Rasa nak marah tapi kena sabar
 Why when I call there is a lift staff then there is a noise? I asked quietly. If that's the case, there's no contact number. I don't think I'm the only one with a coat like this. Fix the service. Feeling angry but have to be patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penunaian sijil ASB terlalu lambat sampai mengambil masa berbulan-bulan padahal kita sudah melunaskan pembayaran. Masa membuat pembayaran habis, tidak ada pun pengawai bank memberitahu untuk mengisi borang tetapi apabila kita follow up balik sebab nak tanya kenapa lambat sangat, pegawai menyuruh isi borang pula. Selepas itu dia memberitahu penunaian sijil ini akan mengambil masa 2 bulan lagi. Terlalu mengecewakan! Kita nak guna duit tapi begini juga alasan bank.
The fulfillment of the ASB certificate is too slow to take months even though we have already paid. The time to make the payment was over, no bank officer told us to fill in the form but when we followed up because we wanted to ask why it was so late, the officer told us to fill in the form. After that he told the fulfillment of this certificate will take another 2 months. Too disappointing! We want to use the money but this is also the reason for the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front service crew provide me the wrong message that only customer who want to apply housing loan and investment product are entitled to open a saving account. I realised this is a wrong message after I successfully open a saving account through online. Cheating customer is not a good culture, please take the corrective action to avoid losing more trust from public, I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call 30 times, ring ring but will never have person to pick up the phone. Advise to RHB, if u not going to answer customer call, pls dont provide contact num.
RHB promise will sms me once transaction done after they verify ATM machine, but also never receive SMS, very disappointed!
