★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever come across. Staff looks moody and trying to be unfriendly as they can. Their communication style: rude with judgemental stare (especially the female senior behind the counter). Plus, it's a miracle if you can see somebody smile here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning to take out your ASB here, forget it and find other ways to do so because the customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I understand we are under MCO but there are tons of initiatives RHB can take to appease the customers who have been waiting for hours outside. If you can only open up 2 counters, then have a system where customers need to make an appointment so that IT WON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME. Learn from other banking institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U published digitally branch operates till 4.15 pm but when come 3 pm u chase customer away. Your QMS kononnya convenient but simply issuing number like branch operating business as usual. Pla take note we going to the bank bcoz we need to and nothing fun about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had waited for over 2 hours on Friday in queues. Then they said system cannot access online and ask me to come back the next Monday. So I ask if i can make an appointment and come at the stated time. I asked the RHB customer service to confirm that I don't need to queue. The answers are always yes, don't need to queue, just come at the time of your appointment. Guess what, when I did, they asked me to queue. If I need to queue just tell me earlier so I could come earlier. Worst service I've encountered.
