★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst experience that I've had in any bank in Malaysia. This could be a long review, but I wanted to share my experience and hope some senior managers of this bank could read this and do something to fix it.
I came to this branch to open an account after completing the online registration. The moment I arrived, I noticed that the staff are very grumpy and unwelcoming. I waited for my turn and then was requested to go to the first desk. The moment I told the lady at the first desk that I want to open an account she started murmuring and after 10 minutes waiting beside her desk, she asked me impolitely to move to the second desk. I went there, 2 men were in that office and again when I told them that I want to open an account, the started speaking to each other in vexation. Then the younger one of them told me that I have to come the next day and bring certain documents with me. I told him I have the documents with me at that time, but he said that they can only open accounts for locals, and I had to come again to meet their supervisor.
Anyways, I came the next day as requested, I met the same person that I met the past day, he took my papers that they asked me to prepare and went to the supervisor. When he came out he asked me to bring an "introducer" to "introduce" me to the bank. Can you imagine that? I have been living in Malaysia for the last 13 years and have opened bank accounts in several banks, but this is the first time I encounter a bank requesting such a thing. They have my original passport with a long employment pass and a letter from my company, yet, they want some "person" to "introduce" me to them.
I told them I don't need your service and left immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and the security is very bad, today I went to them and I arrived at 8 am, I am the first one who arrived, I waited more than one hour until they open, when they opened there were long queue, I was the first one the queue, but when the door open the Security does not allow me to enter, otherwise he allows the second and the third person in the queue to enter the bank, you know why? That because I am not Malaysian person, I am foreign people.
Also when I told the staff, she was not polite to me, was talking to me angrily, I am very sad for happened that to me in RHB bank.
