Outside the place might look dated but inside everything is inviting.
They have lots of nice artwork and murals on the walls.
The canteen is fantastic, decor is tasteful and food there is hotel quality.
Most of the general public goes there to collect their CCRIS report (personal credit report) which basically is a document that banks use to evaluate creditworthiness of an individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note to self/anyone who will be taking KTM to reach there, after exiting ticket gate, just turn to the right and you'll see the main entrance 'hidden' beside a pedestrian bridge.
During MCO, you should check on this (pic) website and hopefully get what you want (eg. CCRIS report)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is so limited, visitors have to park outside. The staff parking is huge. I think being a service based place, it needs to have ample parking spots for visitors.
Once you are inside to get things done, the processes are quite fast and easy.

Is there any law in malaysia to take action n penalised them. Did ever bank negara malaysia has taken action n help Malaysian so far. I have proofed commercial bank n Assurance company do mistakes. Make me loose few hundted thousands. But till today . No action taken. I request macc n malaysian government look into this matter to save good name of malaysia government. Why bank negara not replying all complaints. I hope malaysia finance minister look into this matter n advice pengarah BNMTELELINK to settle all complaints amicably. Not until big problems n sufferings to Malaysians
