★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bake mac and cheese was not fully cooked. There were parts that still frozen. When i inform the staff, they just took and reheat the food. (Suggestion: if we make mistake, apologize and replace the food).
The chicken chop and samosa was overcooked until burnt dark colour. Dissapointed.

Usually will order coffees and the usual snacks they have on display.. asked for two glasses of air suam since I must have some water after coffee, and the girl who took the order charged me RM2 for a glass of air suam, hence RM4 for 2 glasses. What!!! Used to get the air free of charge before, but RM2?? Well forget it.. there are other outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a rather unpleasant experience today. My partner ordered ‘Nasi Ayam Masak Hitam’ and what she got was no where near a masak hitam cooking. Not in any corner of the world would it be considered as masak hitam, what she got was Chicken Curry, smelled and tasted exactly like one. Once asked about it to a hijab wearing staff, she gave me nonsensical answers. I didn’t want to be harsh by escalating the thing to her at the time but it seems to me, that she’s either never seen proper masak hitam before or was just being plain stupid. Please improvise your staff on differentiating and knowing about the food they serve, also manners on handling things like this as well. I don’t know who the girl was but she couldn’t be bothered to even say sorry or double check with the kitchen staff to make certain that is was indeed ‘Nasi Ayam Masak Hitam’. Regards - Annoyed regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant place to sit and savor coffee/cake. Prob the best place at Saujana Utama.
The walls are painted black, same as some of their branches but the lighting is sufficent so as not being gloomy.
Coffee is ok. Haven't tried their cakes though these are the same as other branches.
Friendly staff. Service is a bit slow though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is very welcoming and the system is very good. For the coffee I would prefer if they put up a stronger coffee. For the dishes I have ordered fish and chips..the size of the meal could be better and the sauces should be tartar sauce..however, to my dismay the side dishes is salty beyond palatable. I hope they would improve. Nonetheless it's a great place to bring your loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service deteriorated rapidly , 50mins for food is too much when the place was only half filled. Only the barista had the courtesy to apologize while others kept silent. Not sure if I will ever come again after this awful event. Buckle up!
