★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stylist was on leave so I opted for another color technician thinking the professionalism and skills should be on par with my usual stylist. Man I was wrong. They gave me a junior stylist called Bella, she can barely blow dry my hair. Dyed my hair, left them for more than the time she should be (went around the salon chit-chatting with her colleagues, did not even once come and check my hair), came back and finished off my root within minutes, and rushed me to rinse. So my hair came out with visible roots lightly colored, and the rest of the hair was super bright. Yes you've guessed it. She didn't time the coloring properly, didn't even bother to check my hair in the process. When I texted the second day to raise my concerns, the receptionist Yanna told me my hair grew hence the roots are lightly colored (she even accused me of highlighting my hair previously without checking my past record - clearly I never did). Appalled by her response! Clearly, they are not trained to handle customers, also, how can my hair grew by 2 inches long within one night and be lightly colored in the process of growing? One cannot be that ignorant. Customer service is non-existent! I've been with my stylist here for 4 years, but this is not something that I can just forgive and forget. Times like these, there are a lot more other businesses out there who took their professionalism seriously with aplaudable work ethics. No thank you. Will not go back to this salon to destroy my hair. Price is cheap, but so are the quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like going to this salon as they usually get exactly the color I wanted. Agassi is a real professional, he knows how to handle people’s hair and he recommended what color to complement my face and skin tone. Really affordable price too! Too bad it’s too far from KL ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitated at first when I heard about this Salon after looking at all the high profile clients going there. I gambled myself to go there today. To my surprised it was an amazing hair coloring and hair cut I did with Shai. He even thought me many things about how to look after my hair. If you are keen to have a hair dresser who are honest, patience and good with the color mixture, Shai is the man. No regret :-)

At first I was skeptical to try a new salon because fearing the result but in return it turned out a priceless outcome I have to say.
It’s my first time at this saloon and got my haircut by Davin. I’m so happy with my haircut and my keratin treatment. The haircut turned out to be exactly what i had in my mind.
Davin was super friendly and also gave tips to take care of my hair. Super happy with the outcome and their service. Thank you Davin.♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and nightmare for very 1st time in. They do my hair not as per agreed and the result super terrible..they spoil my hair till can't do anything. Even the manager as well super rude and stand that they didn't do any wrong. Not even offer any solution to fixed it. They offer to reduce the price. Well it's not about money's matters. Is my hair already spoil and can't do anything with that. They ruined!
