★ ★ ★ ★ ★ showed a photo of what kind of style I wanted, top and front of the head has to remain long and only trim the side and back shorter a bit. your staff cut my hair until i'm 70% botak. damn stupid. i came here in hopes that i can get a haircut better than what the indian barber near my house would give, turns out i got a haircut that is worse than what the barber would cut. knnccb la

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff told me to come back after half an hour just because she wanted to chichat with her only customer. I thought is suppose to be a quick cut, not a "chichat" cut. Anyway, she told me if I couldn't wait for her to finish her chitchat, she recommend me to go for APT to have my hair cut. I'm sorry to say but obviously Xcut hired the wrong stuff, your stuff is pushing your customer to other salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was satisfied with my hair cut during my last visit. However, my cut was pretty simple - most of the hair shaved to 3 mm and the length kept on top (and the barber understood what that meant - don't touch). Hard to beat the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and attitude of a female staff is very poor. She asked my boyfriend how short to cut and mentioned only can cut for one time, cannot cut shorter after choosing. She should give recommendation to customer. After finish cutting, my boyfried is angry with me as I asked him to do hair cut at the outlet in Sunway Pyramid. My advice is to choose other outlets for hair cut instead of the outlet. I suggest that the top management should perform quality control and assessment to its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am utterly dissapointed in the lack of professionalism from the hairstylist. She was chatty (which was okay) but every single comment she made is a direct insult to my appearance, my family beliefs and my intelligence. Saloons should be a non-judgemental place where people can feel safe exposing their insecurities!
Not to mention, the haircut did not look good either - very sloppy work. It seems like they take their tagline (15 minutes cut for RM25) seriously. They only cut for 15 minutes and stopped straight after - regardless if they actually finished cutting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to cut your hair ever. They blatantly made fun of a customer right Infront of me. Was extremely disrespectful and rough with my hair. Honestly I have no idea how this shop is still running. If you're looking for a place to be disrespected and scolded for no apparent reason, have the machine shoot cards at you, and feel the way the rusted scissor pull your hair every single cut, be my guest and go ahead. They even chase you out after you're done. No thank you or anything. Disgustingly awful hair saloon. If I could I'd give them 0/5.
