★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived early at 10am and was the first patients in. Doctor diagnosed my cat well and certainly services is value for money.
However, I believe me and my brother were being very friendly, asking the usual questions to know what’s wrong with our cat. But the doctor was rude, uninterested to respond to us, until I mentioned she’s being unfriendly. Quite a turn off especially since we do bring our cats here as she is a good doctor. Understand we all have our issues during this trying times, doesn’t mean you have to be unkind to customers early in the day.
Dont think we will be coming back due to the poor experience we had today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best VET I have ever met and entrusted my cats with. She is genuinely caring, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. This family-run animal clinic is so friendly and personable, even after we moved out of PJ, we still come all the way here to get our cats neutered or looked at when sick.
The vet, a lovely Chinese lady, is always very thorough with checking our cats’ health, asking us questions to see if we are doing the right thing in terms of food, care, exercises, etc for our fluffy pets.
I cannot recommend them enough :) Thank you for your hard work and passion in caring for animals, it shows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adopted a cat, all I knew was that she was abandoned and I'm owner No.3. My cat wasn't looked after had never received her vaccine neither was she spayed. She was hostile & unfriendly. I brought her in for a checkup because she wasn't eating initially. Turns out she had fever & eye infection. Little missy was under the good care of Dr Thong. Eventually she had her shots, got spayed and living her fullest happy cat life. Although she still hiss and growls whenever she visits Dr Thong ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Thong & her assistant are so professional as they too love cats and dogs. Dr Thong has many years of experience running her vet and performing small surgeries. She has many long time clients and regular customers who used to live near there, moved away but still go to Dr Thong for their pets. I would too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and professional, Dr. Thong is very knowledgeable and truly cares for the animal. I exclusively brought my dog here since she was a puppy and will continue to do so. A few months back I was underfeeding my dog due to a miscommunication between me and the raw food seller(around the time I switched my dog from kibbles to a raw diet) and I fed her less than what she required. Dr Thong wasn't too please with me and made I got a earful from her. But she was happy now since my last appointment last week as my dogs weight has gone up. Highly recommended and I'm a pj native for well over 30 years. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to numerous vet in the area and I'm very satisfied with the service I received here. First of all, the clinic honored my appointment time, so I don't have to waste time on waiting.
I brought my cats over for checkup and there is always a vet assistant who held my cats firmly. Previously at other clinic, my skittish cats ended up jumping down the table at hiding away and I have to coax it back on the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER affordable and doctor is patient & friendly to animals. Explain everything in details everytime we have questions. All my puppies enjoyed visiting the vet. They always kacau doctor during their visit ? Call for appointment and make sure you are on time as the doctor is managing the whole vet by herself (consultation, answering calls, boarding care etc).
