I was looking for spare parts for my canister filter and their Shopee page had the parts. Since it was urgent, I went to the store to ask about them in person. The boss behind the counter was super friendly and helpful with getting those parts. I was worried that the prices would be more expensive than their online prices since many other reviews on this shop said so. Thankfully, the boss matched the prices with their Shopee/Lazada listings.
Their selection of fishes are interesting as well. They have from your usual ornamental fishes to exotic monster fishes to rare dwarf cichlids. The prices for the livestock are fairly reasonable. I didn't purchase any fishes during this visit as I was just interested in the spare parts for my canister but I'd definitely drop by this place again.
Overall, the boss and staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

β β β β β I like the fact that this shop sells a lot of brands for cat food(dry and wet), and other stuff for animals. The owner is very kind and always five you samples upon purchase. The only thing that I dont like is parking is quite difficult to find especially if you come during peak hours. They sell online as well on Shopee.
In short, if you are living in Klang Valley, a must go to shop if you are looking for something for your fury friend(cats/dogs). Low price, almost similiar as their Shopee store. ?

β β β β β This is among a well packed aquarium shop, entering the shop in Pandermic Era COVID19 is indeed scary since all the alleyways can only fit one person at a time. If you are walking in and there are a person already in that alley you got to shift your body sideways so that both of you can walk past each other.
Yes it have lots of variety of fish from the most tiniest to the most giant size of fish there are several fishes thats overgrown their tank size. Even the fish can barely swim around in their own tank. Kinda of sad to see that in real life.
They are specialize in Arowana as well as they have a specialized section for Arowana tanks only. The whole corner at the very end of the shop places Arowana tanks only and they comes in so many sizes from middle size to very large giant size.
They even have unique type of fish as shown below ... I never saw it selling in any Aquarium shop before.
Apart from that no E wallet and parking space is indeed a nightmere it resides in the most busisest part of the streets. SO yeah it is lucky if you can really park right in front of th shop .. or at least the nearest to the shop entrance.

β β β β β Place was messy and the boss sitting behind the counter was rude and careless towards me. He even quadrupled the price of the duckweed after I was quoted a price twice and I double checked the tng ewallet with the boss.
I asked the staff for the price and he double confirmed with me yet the boss charged me 4 times the price which is crazy considering the plant I bought is worth pennies elsewhere.
I also had to wait 6 minutes before the boss would accept my payment. If I didn't insist on paying, the boss behind the counter would have wasted even more of my time.
The big boss was quite polite to his Chinese female customer who bought rm2 worth of products, whereas I had to wait and face rudeness from him. Seems a little racist to me.
Although the service is bad and 30% of the fish are in critical irreversible condition, they do carry a wide array of fish and let products.
I would only shop here if I really have to. Any online shopping for pets should be avoided at every cost.

β β β β β Sold a fake happy dog( mix different type of kibbles), i have purchased an original ones before so I absolutely know the difference! and expiry date is in few weeks, informed them about this and their reply is they have to clear old stocks! How is it fair that i feed my dogs an expired fake happy dog kibbles! The owner of this shop absolutely rude or racist Iβm not sure, but this is not right! Please please check anything you purchase from this shop as the owner does not accept its their fault. I have posted more pictures from shopee on their response when its their fault. Just look how rude are they!

They purposely using a white matte plastic.. to make sure that you won't double check the fish when you are paying for your bill
That day I bought Rm50 fishes (2 red cap golden fish )
2 of it was sick ..when I pay bill ..I couldn't see the fish inside (the lighting of whole environment are not so bright too)
Somemore asked me buy their expensive medicine
Once I get back I found the fishes was sick ..I inform the shop ..they said take back and exchange
So I said OK..the another day I only go ..but they another morning ..the fishes died..I message them They also don't want reply
Once I take the fish to their shop
The boss just asked me to buy 2 more give me half price
I said I check all around youe shop ..all fishes are sick ..he just said we don't rebate
Because I observe all around his shop ..many fishes dead too
Got ? on the water also
At the end wasted.. go to visit and purchase in this shop if you dare to
I saw many bad reviews on lazada and shopee of their shop too ???
