β β β β β Western branding crowded with China man culture. Heng familyβs business that joined Baker Tilly International network. Low cost strategy compete in the accounting industry. Young and energetic corporate image but the top to bottom Hengβs blood flow through the management system narrow minded fact is undeniable. Salaried partners that with variety of expertise, the number of sales and corporate partners outweighs the technical partners. Itβs a good place for fresh graduates as plenty of public listed companies for exposure but do consider the quality of experiences that could offer and achievable in short term and the Baker Tilly position in the accounting industry in long term. Know your own values to avoid being treated as a cheap labour fitting into the culture and accepting the low cost corporate strategy.
