suddenly they have bomba cmg at 11am..by right I have to come back after lunch but the guy in charge of the entrance let me go in 1st knowing I came all the way from Kuantan.
everything went smoothly..the officer in charge checked my documents and confirmed all in order and asked me to sit and wait for my number.
finally I get to the counter and the counter lady realised error on my documents which was checked by her officer earlier.
they asked me to go back to puspakom since mistake made by them. told them this is my second time been rejected and asked for help yet they say nothing much they can do about it.
I step out and called puspakom.
let the puspakom officer to speak to jpj officer with agreement he will make the changes on line.
however the officer waited 3 minutes and asked to leave and come back at 2.45.
I just don't get it..why we have to go through this pain.
I am,now seating alone waiting for the counter to open..cannot leave to kuantan and comeback since the distance is almost 2 hours drive. I am waiting not because am impatient but to get appointments is so hard and as someone who is working g it is not easy to go out during worki g hours.
am very2 disappointed and sad.
