★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience so far. Confidently offered a so called permanent solution but in fact made the leak way worse. Old leakage happened only during heavy downfall. But after this “permanent” solution it leaks worse than before even during light rain.
Demanded photos of work done but couldn’t be produced. Only photos of almost complete work. Promised to come back and take photos but person in charge literally vanished for days without any follow up until the leak started because it’s the first rain since the “fixing” that I had to contact him again. Communication has been far from satisfactory.
I have serious doubt that the gutter was even properly cleaned and weeds properly removed before the gutter installation.
Vent pipe was chopped off even before I was made aware of. Only after it’s done that I was informed of it.
Professionalism is completely lacking.
