Only provide you one solution.. take it or leave it attitude.. not flexible to provide optional solution.. the most arrogant contractor- Mr Wai (owner) that I have ever met.. careful when dealing with them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for recommendations via contact and finally i used google and found this company nearby. Read up the reviews written here, and i decided to give them a try. Book an appointment via whatsapp and they were responsive even on a Sunday. On first visit they managed to identify the problem immediately and resolved them. And after that i decided to get them to install an external filter and engaged their tank cleaning services. Overall ,they are punctual and professional but i have to admit their price is slightly more expensive . But it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found abt this company from website and contacted them via email. I have leakages on my roof and have engaged a few contractors , but all failed to properly fix them. After setting a date, their boss came and inspected my roof using drone and captured photos of the roof. Then they explained the process to be done on the roof. They promised to furnish me quotation and few days later the quotation was emailed to me. Upon my agreement to proceed with the repair work, we fixed a date to start work.
On the scheduled date, their operations team came and started the work, estimated to complete in 3 to 4 days provided its not raining.
All the staff involved or dealing with me are very professional, kind, courteous and knowledgable. I was made to understand that they have been in the busines for more than 30 years, thus it explained why they are very detailed in their work and put customer's satisfaction as a priority.
Their pricing is not that cheap and also not that very expensive, but customer will have the state of the art services and peace of mind, knowing that they are given a warranty of 5 to 10 years for the parts of the roof repaired.
I will definitely recommend this company to my other colleagues.

..and fix firewall leaking...come with 10years warranty..recommended!

You might find their price might be higher comparing to the market rates, but please do not forget on the years of warranty as well as how are them as the experts on roofing related matters.
