★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would not recommend this salon. Unprofessionally managed as they advertised to attract only first time customer but did not state it in the fine prints. They refused to accept returning customer eventhough they have signed up for the promotion. They are also unwilling to barge on any price reduction as they wanted to charge exhorbitant prices for returning customers.
Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vouchers that they sell on FAVE are not worth it at all! Unless your hair is above your shoulder, don’t get cheated by their promo price. Any hair length below shoulder has a surcharge of RM30. Not below bra line! The owner pointed at my friends breast a few times! Terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never visit this salon anymore and not recommended for those who want to have make up and hair do service. The guy who did the make up is very unprofessional, completed the make up in just 10mins (simply applied the foundation, eye shadow and brush, that's it!)
Forced to pay using cash even when I found the deal from fave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to give this salon a try. I did hair relaxing, and they touched up my badly done hair coloring by Bell’za. Decided to use fave, but since fave unable to redeem on the same day, they told me to come anyway and they will still give me the price from fave. Their work is good, my hair was touched up and looked good, and they even re-do my hair relaxing when i was not happy the first time around. Alot of hard selling of products, but I can bear it. Recommended to try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their hair service is very bad. Me and my mum are very disappointed with the hair service as it doesn’t even stayed for even a day. I did relaxing and my mum did rebonding. Our hairs becomes like we just blow it with hair dryer. My hair becomes messy and bend and my mother’s doesn’t even look like she did rebonding. Rebonding should be so straight and will never easily curl or what. But her hair curls and so on. After, I washed my hair, my hair turned normal like didn’t do anything. When I text them and ask, they said relaxing is like that. So stupid. Their service is extremely bad. I regret paying that much.
