Unisex Driving Academy - 57000 Kuala Lumpur

Best place I've been so far to make driving license. Cheaper than other academy in KL and Selangor, but faster service. Took me just around 1 month from my 1st lesson to getting my "P" license. Eventhough the academy is Nilai, but they do provide transport from Sri Petaling. Staffs are also very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. Driving instructors also very helpful, giving all the tips for passing the JPJ test. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service.

PLEASE take some time to read this if you are considering learning here as I believe it will save you from making the same mistake that I've made which is to come here. There are so many problems with this center that I would recommend anyone looking for a good experience and service to stay away. First of all, the staff are unprofessional. On WhatsApp, they took a day to respond to one message and another day for another. A lot of the times messages were seen without given any response for a day until you recontact them again. Even if they do respond, they often redirect you to other staff members to answer your question thereby repeating the whole cycle again. Their answer are also highly inconsistent and different people will provide a different answer especially in the center itself. The whole operation is also painfully slow considering they have 10 counters in the center. A lot of the coaches and staff are downright disrespectful and passive aggressive to the customers. The coaches are also another major issue. I cannot speak for all of the coaches, but some of them which I personally encounter are pretty impolite and arrogant. They do not speak to you as if you are their customer and are impatient with the mistakes that you've made during your training. Aside from that, each of them gives a different answer when confronted with the same question. Some coach asks you to do a thing while a different coach will scold you for doing that same exact thing that the other one said. The coaches are also constantly dragging time, they went to buy lunch, eat lunch, and even went to change the tires of the car, which takes over 30 minutes, during YOUR lesson hour that you've paid for. In the end, you will only be training for about 60 percent of the time you've paid for. The motorbike coaches are even worse than the cars one. They provide confusing instructions and when asked they reply impatiently. One of them is very rude and insults his students when a mistake was made. Additionally, the staff in this center are irresponsible. For example, 2 of my classes which have been scheduled a month before was suddenly canceled by them and then rescheduled to 2 months later instead of doing it logically by pushing the whole schedule back. They reschedule the lessons as they wish with no consequences whatsoever, but if you try to reschedule your lessons like they did, they will charge a penalty fee for doing that, not to mention your rescheduled time will probably be in a few months later. Speaking of schedule, do not trust whatever they said about fast process. This is a very slow process especially if you are a working guy or a student that are usually not free on the weekdays. It took me more than a year from registering to even attempting the first JPJ test. Besides that, if you fail, it will be at least 3 months long before you can even retake it due to the large amount of people waiting. The time is ridiculously long compared to most other centers which only takes roughly 2-4 weeks to reschedule your test again. After 3 months, you will most likely lose your driving skill that you have acquired and are basically forced to take an extra lesson that cost RM60 an hour. If you are not living in the proximity of the center itself, transport is another reason you shouldn't go to this center. The transport quality is very poor. They are unpunctual especially if you are taking the afternoon session. I'm talking about at least 30 minutes kind of unpunctual, consistent every session. In fact, I never experience even once that the transport arrived on time during afternoon session. Not only that, but they also force people to cram inside a tiny van during the peak of COVID in 2021. In the last row, they regularly force 4 people to sit together when it was supposed to fit only 3, with basically no distance at all, for the whole 30 minutes journey. Once you finish your training at the center and waiting to go back, there is basically no waiting space at all besides a tiny booth outside with no realistic cover during a heavy storm.

Extremely professional instructor who maintains punctuality and is patient while teaching. The owner also responds quite quickly and the registration process takes only a few minutes. Highly recommend.

The service is great, and the way of teacher teach is just amazing. He made it very simple to understand. The only thing I would like to comment is the toilet, it is clean however it’s just very small. I wish it could be a bit bigger.

i have took refreshment course with an extremely kind and patience guidance from Mr Fai? He is such an experienced instructor and willing to guide my driving, as well as advise me for improvement. Shout out to Ms Emily for the fast and friendly coordination too! Overall it was such a great experience here :)

Staff: Friendly approach, always notify their customers and responsible for their duties. Trainers: Provide easy language in communication and ensuring all of their trainees taught well and prepared. Facilities: Transportation to main branch are provided and punctual for their pick-up time. Most facilities are cleaned and there's food sales. Highly recommended!
