Place is clean and cosy. Price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is unprofessional to say the least. I made an appointment for last Saturday for 10am. In fact, when i called a week before, I asked them at least twice about whether they would be open on the 2nd day of Raya and whether 10am would be too early. But they assured me that it would be fine. I was there promptly at 10am, as soon as the doors to the mall opened. But the door to the spa was still locked and the lights were still turned off. We walked around and came back again at 10.15 but it was still not opened. We came back again at 10.25am and this time, there were lights. We walked in but there was no one in the spa. So we walked out and came back again at 10.35am and there was a lady at the counter. I told her we had an appointment for 10am. She told me that it has been cancelled because i was not there by 10.15am. By this time, i was really angry and i told her that the place was locked up until 10.25am and at that, she told me to have a seat and she would arrange for the masseurs to come in. After 10 minutes, she comes back to me and says that she could only find 1 but I told her not to bother anymore. And she just nodded her head and went back to her work. No word of apology or remorse for the their inconvenience, unprofessionalism and lies they showed. I used to love this place and was their frequent customer, but now I will never go back there again. And I will tell everyone not to as well. Good news is, I discovered another spa in KSL that is much better and cheaper too!

A 1 hour foot reflexology massage costs RM55.
