Gated carpark at basement free parking for 3 hours only. After is 4 RM one hour.
Enjoy the cafe serving of free red bean soup , taste of coconut mixed with pandan flavor inside was yummy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not hotel guest but the massage service is not bad. My recent second experience was not satisfying as masseur seems to shortened massage timing by 15 minutes. Nevertheless it could be due to individual and not all masseuse/masseur behave the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed. Place was quite rundown. peeling wallpapers. Requested for non-smoking room at booking yet we weren't informed that non-smoking applies to floor 7 and up. Hotel was under renovations yet it wasn't stated on the booking site. Gym wasn't in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the deluxe room with king size bed. The interior fittings are new, however not maintain. The bath drain choke causing mini floods. There are used packets of shampoo still lying around the bath room. The shower head holder was broken. The mirror was held up by duct tape. The water cooler at the corridor was covered with a thick layer of dust. Overall experience is very very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for customers to pay attention of the massage duration offered by Sawadee. Integrity of the place has dropped a lot. Booked a walk in massage of 3 hours duration, made to wait for more than an hour (which was understandable, given that I had walked in without a reservation). However the massage was cut short to 2.5 hours by the therapist despite having paid 3 hours. This was also confirmed by the receptionist who said that the session started at 2225hrs and should have ended at 0125hrs.
Receptionist upon highlighting to manager, came out to the road to tell me that manager wanted to see me. Shouldn’t the outlet be more customer orientated and walk to me to explain, instead of asking me to walk to see the manager? Don’t understand the logic behind this.
Therefore, please be more vigilant when booking your massage sessions at Sawadee Massage, as you might not be receiving what you paid for. It is always a good practice to note the time you start your session to ensure you are getting your rightful worth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are great. Great height, all almost new. Only thing is there's no fridge and the AC isn't freezing cold. But that's me. I expect the rooms to be freezing cold. But I love the spa. If you don't stay a night as guests you can still opt to go for the spa for a fee. Plus you can choose for a massage too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tldr - We had no rooms despite receiving a booking confirmation
We were informed there were no more rooms when we reached the hotel even though we had a booking confirmation from booking.com. We even clarified in the morning that we are checking in at night.
Receptionist wasn’t helpful and simply told us to cancel our booking. We had no choice but to scramble and find another hotel in the middle of the night.
Couple behind us were also told there were no more rooms for them even though they had already made payment online. Overheard that they had checked w the hotel at various time throughout the day from 2pm but were informed the room was not ready. At 11pm they were informed there was no more rooms.
Might have been because this was during public holiday so the rooms were overbooked but would suggest travellers to go with other hotels with better management to avoid the situation of having no rooms and needing to find a hotel last minute.
