★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here few times, was great services, but for today 24th Dec 2021 as of 6:15pm, maybe we are new to the latest SOP whereby we need to queue at a certain place, as the female employee "politely" show us this is where we need to queue despite she saw us waiting at the wrong place for quite some time due to their "efficiency"

It is super soft and super delicious like a taste of heaven in your mouth.
There are only 20pcs in a box. These chocolate are expensive hence it’s a once in a while treat for me and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and reputable Japanese chocolate brand that I always buy as a gift whenever I travelled to Japan.
However, I had a very bad experience with this outlet or should I say this local distributor?
One of the item in the Raya package was damaged(the wrapper looks old). Hence I asked for a refund/exchange due to the fact that this is meant for gifting. The salesperson told me that their company does not allow any refund nor exchange. If I insist either way, “their” management will deduct from their salary. *What??? Is this how you treat your employees??
I even requested to talk to her supervisor and this lady supervisor insisted that the flaw in packaging originated from Japan. They can’t do anything as a local distributor but to include it in the Raya package “as it is”. *Obviously trying to push the blame..
Is this how you handle things? Shame on you. You are ruining this reputable Japanese brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royce' signature is called 'Nama Chocolate'. The texture is smooth and it melt in your mouth. It come with liquor or non-liquior flavours. Sometimes, they have seasonal flavours such as strawberry, sweet corn, sakura fromage, darjeeling etc.. I love chocs with liquor especially one of the best seller (Nama Champagne) it's so good!!

Furthermore, other than Nama Chocolate, Royce' have bar chocolate, nutty bar / fruit bar chocolate, Pure Chocolate, chocolate wafers, baton cookies and almond chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As featured in the K-Drama, Strong Girl Bong-Soon, Royce chocolates are really good. My favourite is the soft, Nama chocolate, which melts in the mouth. And they aren't as sweet as most chocolates in the market.
IMPORTANT note for MUSLIMS: There're Liquor Free Nama chocolates as well as the Nama Chocolates With Liquor, so make sure that you check with the salesperson first.
Btw, Royce is a Japanese brand (Hokkaido made), not Korean.
(Besides chocolates, cookies are available. And at times, you may find the festive specials.)
