Order placed , promise to call me back when the part arrive and they did ! the fact is they give me a few call since i missed their call for the 1st few time, even thou is just a small item! they really took the effort to contact me and i really appreciate that. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is pretty bad. Wanted to try out the devialet speaker but the staff looked hesitated and replied our questions unwillingly. I would rather buy with other shop with a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming here, staff members aren't very welcoming unless of course that's the experience they were gunning for. I stopped by earlier in the day to get some replacement ear pads for my Bose AE2 headphones but was then told that I had to put my name on the waiting list with about 100 others who are waiting for the parts and it would take a minimum of 2 months before I could get the part. It makes me wonder why at all I bother making the effort to head to the store when I can just get them online.
