★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau masa tutup pukul 4pm,3pm sampai orang pun tak ramai, terus cakap numbor habis. Esok datang. Masa 11am pun sama,sudah tak boleh masuk, pukul 12 tutup sampai pukul 2 pm buka balik. Tiada notice.

The female officer in charge of the counter is very unprofessional and rude. When asked about the vehicle grant, he jumped, and did not listen to what the customer had to say.
