★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Shortchanged my wife and i 5 minutes of our massage duration. Both masseurs don’t even know what they’re doing, pressing all the wrong places. Believe me, we know cause we go for foot reflexology almost every fortnight for many years now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Massage was not good. Masseuse keep talking loudly and even shouts into the next room. Staff was no professional. For the price, I would go to Thai Odessy or just somewhere else. Also the club (?) or it might be a restaurant started playing music halfway through the massage and you can hear the bass. Horrible experience. Pls don’t waste your money here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete disappointment. The whole crew was not professional and tried to gang up on my complaint. I booked a 2-hour session but didn’t get 2 hours. The masseur showed up a few minutes late, took a call during the massage session, and disappeared 3 times (each lasted a few minutes) without any explanation. The worst part was she ended the session 10 minutes before the 120-minute mark. When I brought it up to the receptionist, she insisted that I had to pay the entire 120 minutes. Her suggestion was that I should go back in for the remaining 10 minutes with the same masseur. After pointed out how ridiculous her suggestion was and how unprofessional she was in handling the situation, she finally agreed to charge me 10 minutes less.
