β β β β β I enjoyed the food here very much, but I wish the service was faster! Waits between orders being filled were too long, and we often had to remind the staff of our orders, and I can hardly blame them, I can see they're understaffed! Hopefully the staff can have their load lightened by an expanded crew soon :)

β β β β β I've actually eaten at here twice and many times at Jaya One but have never documented the experience. Today is a good day.
So different outlets offer different dining experiences. Being near colleges and a horde of hungry young adults, the SS15 outlet offers a buffet for RM35 per pax. This does not exist at Jaya One so if you can eat and you can eat a lot, this is your jam.
You need a minimum of 2 diners to enjoy the meat extravaganza. A set starts with marinated chicken, pork belly, pork shoulder, soy marinated pork ribs and sausages. Finish this set then you can choose your refills but you need to finish the first set.
At RM35, this appeals to a growing young adult diet and it's no coincidence that this branch is packed out fast and snaky lines form. The wait time on Friday is 20-30 minutes. There are no reservations and is strictly walk in policy only. Overall there is tremendous value to be had, besides smelling like a BBQ after your meal, at this price point this is the closest you will be in Korea on a windy day than a chance meeting with BlackPink. Think about it

β β β β β Clean place and utensils, the waiters are very attentive and served us with banchan and cold water as soon as we sat down. Food was great, the samgyeopsal tastes really good accompanied with tasty refillable banchan. It's hot in here in the afternoon tho. Will surely eat here again??

β β β β β First we found a fly in our pork belly that was folded. It was inside and dead for sometime but will kept cos was frozen??. They replaced it. the charcoal they use is unlike other Korean BBQ, it gives out a lot of smoke and huge flames. Flies near the area you pick up your own side dishes. So overall not a good experience

β β β β β At RM35 per pax, it is okay if you can really eat. It uses charcoal for the burner. During the barbecuing process, it can get really smoky. So try to get tables with exhaust. Would be better if they provide the steel plate to support the meat for barbecuing as the netting is not protecting the meat from direct fire, especially when the juice/oil gets to the charcoal
Banchan wise, although free flow, not much choice, i.e. 4 to 6, and only the fish cake and kimchi are nice.
Meat wise, they provide pork belly, pork shoulder, marinated chicken ribs, and marinated pork ribs.
Verdict:
1) Will we return to eat at this place again? No, as the meat is just average, and it will be more enjoyable and cost-effective to bbq at home since the meat does not really need marinating and easily get burnt.

β β β β β They serve lunch buffet at around RM39 per person. Side dishes can be refilled unlimited times. Meat portion is not big but you can order for more. During our visit we spotted a rat running at the ceiling and we have informed the owner. If not because of that, I will give 5 stars.
