★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a shoulder length bob cut but my hair end up to be chin length with an indescribable tail at the back... My sister asked for shoulder length cut but end up with ear length cut.. WTH... And the hair wash service are very rough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in and spoke to a lady by the name of Salina apparently the boss. Confirmed our appointment at 2pm for 2 person. When we walked in at 2pm we were told by their only staff that we would need to wait for her to attend to 3 other walk in customer ? Speechless ? We walked out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had hairwash & haircut. Brought my own shampoo & conditioner since my colored hair need shampoo & conditioner for colored hair that they don't keep. The sequence is different from other hair saloons l've ever been to. Usually, the hairdressers will start with hairwash, followed by haircut & blow, then finishing touch. Here, the hairdresser started with haircut, followed by hairwash & blow, no finishing touch, which resulted in my bobbed haircut looking like an inverted bowl. All throughout the procedure, the hairdresser kept glancing at the drama on the wall mounted TV, l was worried about getting a snip on my ears, neck or having the scissors poking into my eyes. The only plus was that their price is below average, which l accepted for the service given... You get what you pay for...but still, l won't be back since l'm so used to better service, l wouldn't mind payng extra. No waiting, guess this saloon is not everyone's first choice & they do answer calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience..my hair look very ugly..I show the photo of hairstyle which is quite simple..shoulder cut..I ask the girl twice whether shes ok to follow then she said (boleh jee) huhh end up she just cut my hair straight which standard 1 oso can do that and imagine at the front omg just like cutting a piece of paper.. i still can laugh just to control my anger.. I ask her to alter it since looks very weird..dah la mahal 30rgt for that cut not worth it at all.. baik i potong sendiri..normal cut other saloon RM15-20 jee..tp rushing just becoz only today free so i just go without scroll the bad rview ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the previous reviews, I did not have a lot of expectation on this saloon's hair cut service. However, what I got was pretty much OK. I asked for a shoulder-length, straight cut and the hairdresser did a nice job with my hair. It wasn't superb but it was not as horrible as I thought it would be.
The shampooing part, tho, scraped my scalp and it felt awful. To be fair, before the session my hairdresser did tell me to let her know if I feel pain from the massage (my fault for keeping quiet). The tonic part was also painful in the initial stage; kinda like getting your scalp chemically peeled for a while (I don't know if that's what to expect from using hair tonic or it's just me not being compatible with product). Another thing that could have been better is thorough blow drying; my front top hair was still a bit moist after the end of the session.
All in all, if you need a quick simple haircut and shampooing, you could try the saloon. Do remember to ask for gentle shampooing beforehand. The staff are friendly and helpful, and might I add, the services are affordable. I had a haircut, shampooing + hair tonic for RM58 there. Payment methods available: cash, online transfer and card payment (if you pay with card, you do get charged an extra 2.5% of your bill for the transaction).
