★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 mins and no staff entertained us. They were not bothered and ignored all the customers that were waiting. If you don’t have enough manpower then you should at least inform your customers and not keep them waiting. Will not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Saluga for my threading almost 14 years! Sometimes I did manicure and pedicure! Staffs still maintaining the professionalism, good attitude with fast service! Will definitely continue with Saluga… :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for eyebrow threading. Service was quick I was in and out within 10 minutes. Eyebrows were professionally done and only costs RM7!

Nice place, their staff attend to you immediately.
Threading is cheap , RM 5 only (eyebrows/ upperlip), worth it! Will definitely come here again! Thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings. I come to this salon because they're affordable for waxing. I haven't tried their other services.
Pros:
- affordable
- walk-in
- convenient in Bangsar if you need a quick service before you go out in the area
- fast waxing service (doesn't take long)
- thorough waxing job + thread to tidy up
Cons:
- No front desk co-ordination
If you walk in, no one greets you or seats you and you literally just stand there until a staff asks you what you need done (20 minutes standing last time). If you approach a staff to enquire, you're just told to wait with the other people walking in and waiting.
- Your waxing experience depends on who is serving you. I have my preferred lady which is great when she's free.
The other time I had a thin lady who looks absolutely miserable to be working there, doesn't smile, doesn't greet, messy hair and dressing - Not professional at all. And when she bikini waxes, she just rips off the wax without pressing down the skin during or even after ripping it off, unnecessary PAIN as if she's projecting her displeasure of her job. She didn't wear gloves either.
- the rooms are not as clean as they should be for a salon, the bed cover looks reused for days
- No hooks to hang your clothes so you place them on the dirty floor ontop your handbag while you get your service.
All in all, if this place wasn't so affordable, close to home and if I didn't meet my preferred therapist here I'd definitely go to other salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I had not made an appointment, I called earlier and presumably spoke to the owner of the salon; who informed me that walk-ins were welcome. I arrived at the salon, stood at the foyer for 10 mins waiting for someone to attend to me.
I was literally ignored by the owner even though she saw me arrive and gave me a very unpleasant look. Her staff just stared at me. Frankly I should have had the presence of mind to just walk out but 1 member of staff emerged and asked me what I needed. At least she had the decency to be cordial and courteous.
As a paying customer, I am shocked. Nobody deserves to be treated in such a manner.
Even though the work done is acceptable, the atmosphere is decidedly frosty and unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand the price increase but saying different prices to different people is unethical. The customer before me was charged RM 6 for threading eyebrows and a review here say RM7 and I was charged RM8. Very inconsistent in pricing as they like and it’s not like it’s a professional job done for the price you pay. I have had threading done for more than 10years and never before has I seen someone who is incompetent in doing a proper job. Normally they ensure the shape and around it is clean and tidy. I had to repeat myself to ensure she did it right. If your charging that price ensure you have competent staff to do a good job first, I am willing to pay for a better service.
