Recommended me the right glasses for the purpose I need it and also have the frames I like ?
Price is on the mid high end but I’m not sure that’s because of the choice of my items. Will definitely recommend my friends! Great service team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is excellent. They took their time to do the eye test. Very patient and caring. Explained things in details. My daughter uses their glasses for 1 year and has improved in her eye sight. Will always go back to Paris Optical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only they are able to impress me with their thorough eye check services, they also recommended to me the best pair of glasses that helped me reduce my eye irritation caused by blue light and explained which is the best contact lenses for me to use. I now only go to Paris Optical for my eye needs! If you happen to go to Paris Optical, look for Gino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No where else but Paris Optical. I went to the optical to seek for help to fix my reading glasses (without it I’m blind).
First, really warm welcome by staff and Gino is handling my glasses really care and woala is fixed. Gino has given so much of his knowledgeable information, his experiences and valuable advises. For sure will come back for my another pair of reading glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally you would never use hidden gem for an optical shop. But I’ve got to say, this place is really a hidden gem! I was looking for an optical shop as I wasn’t very happy with my previous optical shops. I normally visit those chain stores you find in the malls. So, I came across them on Google and decided to pay them a visit.
Upon entry, I felt so welcome! They knew the right questions to ask and had many great choices of frames! I would think the selection is by far best! Azami and Lance was very knowledgeable, they slowly take their time to explain what is wrong with my current glasses.
The eye check was amazing as well! I’ve never seen such advance machines in an optical shop. Not to mention so many optometrist to help with my eye health! They also helped me checked my 7 years old daughter’s eye sight! They really pay close attentions to the details. I was impressed!
Even though I did say that this place was a hidden gem, they do get quite busy over the weekends especially. I would advice you to make an appointment before you go over! Definitely a place you should visit if you’re looking for a good optical shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial plan was to window shop but was greeted with very friendly and professional staff. They asked me the kind of style I had in mind and the staff quickly came up with 10 styles for me to try on without having me to browse around first. Decided to renew my glasses with them anyway. They took the time to properly explain and service was top notch. It was my first visit but I think I know it will be my go to place for optical needs. Price point would be on the higher side considering they carry mostly premium labels. I also love the fact they carry a pretty extensive range of models and brands. I decided to settle with a pair of viktor & rolf in the end. Would recommend!
