★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good to relax for a while in case of a long transit. The service was good and the employees were very friendly. There was buffet dinner and it was also good. There is an option for shower. However, there isn't any seats available where you could sleep off for a while. It is a good place if your looking for food and to sit back and relax but not sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good airport hotel. We stayed because our flight was delayed and thus missed our connecting flight. The room was clean, well lit. Bathroom was nice. Beds were ok but when your tired you can sleep on anything. We did hear our neighbors snoring a little bit. The breakfast buffet was honestly terrible. Staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to stay whilst trapped in the airport! Slept for six hours, had hot coffee, beautiful hot showers and boarded our overnight long haul flight feeling relaxed, fresh and comfortable. We enjoyed the food, the facilities, the wake up call and would highly recommend. If you're in doubt, don't be, just pay and enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rooms are clean, washroom are cleaned and well maintained. Although it's bit expensive but very much helpful to have hourly basis room. I traveled with my infant baby who took a good rest after a long journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to rest during layovers. It is more expensive than the nearby Air Asia lounge, but it is quieter and has more amenities.
There are chairs to lounge at by the entrance and then showers inside, but you can also actually get a room if you need a bed and some privacy. The stay comes with a buffet meal, with free-flowing drinks and ice cream, although not much on the meals.
Overall, it was a really pleasant stay where we recuperated for our 10-hour stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel if the worst hotel comparing to its prices , too much expensive , room without windows only for 12 hours of residency cost me 130 euros , the dinner was awful , it have the worst bouffé i have ever see in my life . If you should sleep just find any corner in the airport and never go to sama sama hotel . ,????????????
