β β β β β For those with family, be aware that they'll force you to sit separately. Asking my 5 year old son to sit separately is just speechless. I understand the need for sop to be followed but since when do you need to be separated from your kid to have dinner? If not because my kid is hungry, I would've just left the place.

β β β β β Poor service, funny table arrangements, with max 2 person for table with 4 chairs, I understand this is sop, but why donβt they joint some tables together etc. they basically make 70% capacity for 2 only

β β β β β Just ordered grab food. i know its lockdown period and delivered food sure cannot compared to eat at restaurant. But this is WAY TOO TERRIBLE! The portion so small, presentation is bad, vege not fresh, the fried rice tasteless, the chicken wt chilli no different from Uncle Bob, what happened?? I used to love the food fro dragon-i but now SO DISSAPOINTED! For sure will not order fro this restaurant for food delivery anymore! The standard this time really tarnished the image of the company, must do something to improve otherwise must rename to θ«ηδΌ δΊΊ οΌMaggot-i)

β β β β β Their seating are really confusing! My husband, 1 daughter and myself seated at the cushion area. Initially my daughter sit with me at the cushion side, then she went to sit with her dad so that she can enjoy her dad's fried rice. Suddenly, this waitress came & told us in a very rude tone "She canot sit here!". So rude like I owe her money!
I don't understand the seating policy. My daughter can sit at the cushion but canot sit opposite me? Why? Cushion no Covid but chair got covid ka?
The servers here are all rude also. I think i won't come anymore. I'd rather go Din Tai Fung with no such stupid policy with rude server.

β β β β β Food quality is out of standard because of MCO 2.0? I ordered fried pork chop ramen, prawn fried rice and xiao long bao. Taste super Ordinary like my mama cooking and famous xiao long bao is like frozen food!
No longer fanstantic. Staff is not friendly, no energy of working. No worth paying for this food and service.

β β β β β Taste good chinese cuisine. Actually is based on shanghai cuisine and mix with local taste. Overall food quality was ok but the price too pricy based on the portion they served. Service is good. This restaurant also famous with it must order soup dumpling (xiao long bao). And total tax charge is 16% ( gst plus service charge) too much for malaysian.

β β β β β Totally not recommend to everyone! We order grab delivery from Aeon bukit tinggi branch. Eating half way realized there was a cockroach there! We throw all the food since the cockroach already made us feel disgusting. This is hygiene problem, however grab and this restaurant only want to refund for βfood affectedβ. Do you think we still can finish the other food when we found out a cockroach inside the food? And we are sharing food for the family dinner, imagine the cockroach mix with other food from dragon i as well when eating. No next time.

The way she spoke like u owe her 1million.
Won't come here again..
She's not a suitable waitress as facade images of the restaurant. ?
I normally won't post photo on comment, but she is really made people felt uncomfortable to having food here.
Food quality? Do not expect too much of it.
A big "No" for this restaurant, bad service.
