★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! The salesperson's behaviour was very rude! I walked in the store today, inquiring about the Samsung Gear S3, and somehow the salesperson was a bit reluctant to display the gadget requested, even though my intention was to buy the gadget right away. Besides that, when the reluctant salesperson take out the stock of the gadget requested, my mother and I overheard both of the salesmen speaking in cantonese to each other and using the phrase 'Mafan', which means that they are annoyed! It is 2017, don't assume only Chinese speak Cantonese, and Malay could only understand Malay. I still ended up buying the gadget because I know Samsung's product is very good despite the rudeness in the service, and today will be the only day that I'll ever walk in the store! Never again!!
