β β β β β Staffs kemain ramai but none of them posesses good customer service. Poor product knowledge, no inventories knowledge, talking to others while at work and serving people, store wifi super slow too. This applies to ses in one utama as well. Samsung products deserve better staff and management and not as these. I suggest anyone who want to come here study on the products yourself and ignore the staff here for making any purchases.

β β β β β Promoter very slumber, not willing to explain the phone and stuff with good attitude.
Had to call her to get her to serve me, half way through, she did not inform me and ran off to serve another guy at counter. and left me hanging alone with no one to ask. I had to run to another guy and call him for help. would like to purchase a Galaxy watch with pwp, but seems like they are not willing to explain how that works and just mumble talking with each other. ended up I only purchased the phone. And they did not give the advertised gift, instead they given me a cheap old model headset (with high price labelled)
Do not choose this SES!

β β β β β Do NOT go to the store to purchase a phone:
1. It's cheaper online
2. By looking a video or two on youtube you'll have more knowledge about the product than promoters
3. I called to see if they had stocks and told me "yes, and we have the same promo as online, so no point of buying online". That statement was false as the promo are more advantageous online, and they were unsure about the stocks of gifts.
I am really mad at them cause I need a phone quickly and I trusted them. I could have purchased the phone online, cheaper, and now I'm stuck with nothing and a trip to the Gardens for nothing.
Useless, Samsung should be ashamed of this place
