★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife's family has its fixed Bah Kut Teh place which undoubtedly amazing.. so a rarity that I'll rave on another joint but this place (although very stingy on the broth) is very good. Thanks to my friends for bringing me here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BKT taste OK but big let down was that there were customers smoking inside the restaurant, and restaurant owner/staffs did not stop them, it really spoilt the dine in experience. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup base is sticky type and can't really taste any herbs. Meat has pig odour too. Price is fair at RM 11 per bowl but when asked to add soup, only give a little bowl. They gotten a C for cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Waited more than 1.5hrs.
2. They served someone who came and sat down for 5mins and neglected all the other tables who were also waiting like us.
Our breakfast, almost became a lunch.
Did not eat, walked off as we were too hungry.
Never ever in my life have I waited more than an hr for food, more so for Chinese food.
Such a disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice bak kut teh, very thick broth but not so herbal. Meat were tender and flavorful, however the broth is rather limited and refills were even more limited.
The rice is fragrant and infused with fried shallots.
Price is RM11 per set.
Parking was easy and post MCO registration was convenient. However one table is only limited to four persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Klang BKT...........many choices of pork parts to choose.......especially the big bone, soft bone and pig tail. Very tasty and quality Klang BKT.......this place only offer pork and gravy (not soup ya) and no other condiment like youtiao or bean curb.....and come with bowl....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klang is the capital of bak kut teh and many of you (including yours truly) don't have any qualm of driving all the way down to the Royal Town of Selangor. It used to be the capital of Selangor before changed to Shah Alam.
Back in the olden days, all the people eat BKT to keep their body warm before going to work at the port. That's why you'd find BKT stall almost everywhere you go in this town. Despite the health concern, many people still eat BKT at least once a day.
You'd find Samy BKT in Pandamaran, and Ah Her in both Pandamaran & Jalan Meru. But Samy & Ah Her (they're both brothers just in case you do not know) have actually opened a restaurant together in Taman Berkeley. Located in a stretch of shoplot away from the busier section of this area, they have many loyal customers who would congregate for breakfast & lunch.
Offering traditional bowl type BKT, just order your preferred cut of pork - Tua kut, kha wan, ribs, intestines, small bones, trotter, etc..even chicken feet. Served with a plate of white rice and cili padi, I love to enjoy normally two (2) bowls of poems and then wash everything down with my own Chinese tea. The reason is because they are very stingy with the soup and normally don't allow refill. But I just love how thick and flavourful the broth is...
Most of the time I would enjoy my meal with my regular customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very porky version of bak kut teh (I would prefer a more fragrant/herbal type but it is down to personal preference). One of the local favorite bak kut teh stall. There are a lot of pork parts to choose from. Tried their ribs (pai kut), tendons (kawan), small bone meat (sie kut), pork belly (wu hua rou), and chicken feet. My preference will be the small bone meat.
You can bring your own tea leaves like the local or you can just order from them. There are self-service hot water dispenser too.
There are a lot of paid parking nearby.
Crowd can be quite high after 9am especially during the weekend.
