β β β β β Not recommend at all.
I visited this restaurant yesterday in other spot, the entire process was fine. We thought the service quality is the same for the other spot, but we were wrong. This Β restaurant has poor management, after we paid the bill and left the restaurant, the staff grabbed us and asked us to go back to the restaurant again even though we have shown our Β receipt (the guy claimed that the manager said we hadn't checkout). This has ruined our later trip, pretty bad experience.

β β β β β Great place as it located in Suria KLCC. Had lunch here after went for shopping. Nice environment & the staffs were friendly.

β β β β β The food was really good. However the staffs did not put friendly faces and wasn't friendly at all. What's weird is that the waiters are really friendly, but the higher ranks (managers I think since they wore different outfits) were so cold. Killed the good eating experience.

β β β β β Finally came back here for coffee and cake since MCO in 2020. To my surprise, the service has turned so bad. The staff don't bother to look at you or guiding seat. After sitting down at a table (lots of empty table), no one bother to give us menu. I went to the counter to grab the menu. I signaled the staff for food order, but she told me to wait. Well, i don't know what was so busy about. The waitress who took our order seemed like a trainee, we need to repeat our order few times. Wanted to order Shinjuku Bake (we had in Mid Valley branch and liked it), but the waitress said the item was not available, they don't serve. But funny they had the sample model of Shinjuku Bake on display at the entrance!
It took a long time for the cake and coffee to be served. Flat white look like coffee what i made at home. No milk foam. Cake was fine. Bye to branch i used to love. Seriously need to train your staff, more efficient, more friendly, make better coffee!

β β β β β Bad customer service. Lack of sense when managing waiting customer. No sorry, no apology. Can't even do multitasking and hv no consideration at all to a customer waiting for more than 5 minutes at the counter unattended.
Not even ask on the order. 5 minutes waiting unattended!! That is wayyyy unacceptable from an established set up like Secret Recipe.
Please train ur staff on Customer Service.
Btw, It was a guy! On duty on 23 May at 7.45pm.

β β β β β Prices were fair, food was alright, I just wished that the fries were done better as they were a little moist and not crispy. Pumpkin soup was delicious.
Hope I can get a nicer portion of Golden Crispy Chicken next time.

β β β β β Standard like other branch but this branch is slightly a bit different. Tje way they serve your cake. Missed my orders but quickly sort it out. Parking as everybody knows. Park at Ave K, cahrged rm23.10 for 6 hours ???. Better use LRT nezt time

β β β β β 7 staff and only 3 tables occupied .... pathetic service. the coffee was tepid (they should warm the cups before serving) and the item displayed at the entrance wasn't on the menu .... if I didn't like the cakes st Secret Recipie so much I would not go back, the outlet in Mid Valley has much better service, give this one a miss.
