★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 old men had to move from room to room, not once and not twice, three times. There were problem with the rooms, cannot open the door, TV not working, no light in the room.
The desk lady promised to give better room but get worst. Upgrade to deluxe room but get smaller. Great liar, no feeling toward the customer, no sorry, very bad attribute. Finally just walk away.
Very bad experience, super highly NOT recommend. Nice location, nice hotel but no service is equal to nothing good. Give JB bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the price i paid, i got a very large room with a bathtub, 50 inch tv, with a wonderful view and also with breakfast for 2 days. It's such a bargain. Totally worth it. And with all the facilities they have, the mini waterpark, and the mall located just below the hotel, the strategic location which is in the middle of the city, everything was just perfect...except for a few things. Firstly, the worst that the hotel could offer was actually the lift/elevator service. The hotel has two towers, and each has 4 lifts provided. And looking out the window and considering the size of the hotel, the 4 lifts are just not enough in my opinion. Every other day or time, the waiting duration just to get into the lift was just fine, it's not longer than 5 minutes, but my worst experience is actually during the checkout period (12pm) where everyone on every floor is trying to get a lift to go down to the reception and checkout. I've waited for almost half an hour but didn't have the chance to get into the lift. 3 times the lift opened the door, but 3 times it was full packed with people and it's just ridiculous. Luckily, my room was located in front of an exit door and I discovered another lift that is probably used by the staff of the room service. I used it and I got to go down to the reception. Luckily, there's a 'express check out' procedure where the guest only needs to drop the keys in the box and we're good to go, making the checkout process flawless than other hotels. Minor things like the fact that we have to wait for about 5 minutes for our own room door to open after each time i swipe my key card is also such a nuisance. But, other than that, the hotel was superb, the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely come again as i already knew the path to the secret staff lift ?

Food and service standards in all the restaurants in KSL has dropped drastically and probably also due to manpower constraints.
Do not order bubble tea from Tiger Sugar as you will be cheated to wait for an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in and found out the blanket and pillow cases were wet and got stain.
1. Called housekeeping to change and the lady informed the team will come immediately to change. Waited for 30 mins, nobody came
2. Saw housekeeping team at the same level and requested to change. But he informed our room number was not in his "to do list". So he could not bothered to do anything
3. Went to reception counter and requested the same thing again.the guy said already informed the housekeeping team and they will take note on this
4. Came back after 5 hours but nothing has changed!! So bad. Called the line but nobody pick up.
Definitely would NOT come back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent room. Suitable for people who spends a lot of their time outside and will only need the room to shower and sleep. You will expect to find insects crawling in the toilet which happens to be pretty common, but otherwise, it’s a pretty decent room.
I also had an issue where I came back to the room to only find that both of my room cards were not detectable when trying to access my room. Room service is not very responsive as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was close to the city area, and many other establishments can be found where it's at. We went there on a long weekend, that is why there were so many guests patiently waiting in queue to get a room when we arrived. We stayed on the 25th floor. The room we got was spacious. We had a double bed and another queen sized bed. It had a mini ref and television, and a cabinet for a small vault. In the bathroom there was a tub, but it leaked after each bath. :( There were the usual toiletries such as conditioning shampoo, shower gel, soap and 2 toothbrushes. They provided 2 bath towels, but bring your own slippers as they do not provide it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay for short vacation, leisure or with family. The hotel is great and have almost everything you need for a memorable stay. It is easy to locate with Google maps. The parking is free but you must use the parking ticket NOT the touch and go card. Get the complementary parking at the reception counter. The room is spacious. The breakfast is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, since the non-smoking fully booked, we got free upgrade to premium room at non-smoking floor. Unfortunately, the wardrobe's sliding door was spoil, the air-conditioner is working but not cold enough the temperature is fixed at 23°c we can't change. Next the TV remote control is also not working as well as the refrigerator. Hopefully the next visit we didn't go through this inconvenience
