โ โ โ โ โ I was quite disappointed with how the flower turned out to be. With the price I paid for, Iโd expect it to be at least fresh. The flowers looked/were wilted and droopy. Itโs definitely different from how the photo it presented. *the item is sold out hence I canโt find the online picture for comparison

โ โ โ โ โ Three stars for the bouquet looking nice enough and seller accept request to switch wrapping paper.
However, its still consider overpriced comparing similar products in the market with the location, availability of pick up time, size and quality.
The pick-up time is between 9am- 6pm only, it's difficult to most of the customers as they are only available before 9am or after 6pm due to working routine.
Lastly, it's preferably to inform customer that the gift card messages will be printed out instant of hand written. That's disappointment when saw the messages was printed out and stick on the gift card only especially the printing quality not even good enough.

โ โ โ โ โ We are very disappointed on how the flowers turns out to be. We expect the flower bouquet would at least look cute and lively just like how it was advertised by the shop on their listing. Firstly, the baby breath looks like wilted and droopy and yellowish at the moment I received the flower. The heavily yellowish and wilted baby breath were hidden behind the bouquet. Secondly, the roses are not blooming at all. It's all still closed. Completely not the same as the picture advertised. I expect the roses at least bloom but it turns out very dissapointing. First time buying from this florist and I guess there's no next time.

Personal view: for budget below 200 (20 rose). Good choice, the package is medium large and is an absolutely great for the 'recipient'. But some details, some of the roses look not fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ Rushed an order on 12pm for motherโs day bouquet using the same day delivery. And by 3pm+- my mom already received the bouquet! The flowers are really beautiful and they respond to chat quite fast too. Really appreciate it?
