β β β β β Attended a walkthrough of the show units. The views offered from the units are superb. The units are OKU friendly and this feature is the main design consideration for wheelchair bound residents / old folks. Even the switch panels are at a height accessible for physically-challenged residents. The toilet drop is gentle enough for wheelchair bound residents to wheel through easily. Hence, it is a unit which may cater to multiple generations in an expanded family. However the only drawback might be the location of the apartment along the one way road whereby U turn is needed if you are heading to the Bayan Lepas / Gelugor / Greenlane area. Might be slightly overpriced due to its proximity to Pulau Tikus location.
