★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very good taking care of their patients. However, the counter are worst ever. I've to wait for 1hrs for the medicine. Between that 1 hr, they didn't do anything and just chit chat with friend and surprisingly, there's no other customer. When i ask them how long should we wait, only then they start working. They give excuse they busy #£&#%. It's not the 1st time we had this situation, but always. I thing they should think about replacing the counter people.
Jangan sebab nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga.

I felt very comfortable speaking to her as she was taking her time to explain the post check up treatment. Kudos to Clinic Cahaya Desa Pandan management for having a first class Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience as a first timer eventhough have to wait for sometime.
Im at ease and felt confident with the consultation and treatment provided by Dr Amir Farid .
He provided me with plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed, despite the long waiting list of patient . He also debunked the misuse of antibiotics and i can now understand why .
No dishing out unnecessary antibiotics or medication (unless needed).
Otherwise, clinic is clean but has to improve on queueing system.
Crowded and no proper seating place
Called for appointment but never picked up call.
One of the reception attitude was also bad.
Btw, please update the business hour, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc A and his team saved our lives. Emirates changed their Covid test requirement with literally hours only to spare. Thanks to everyone trying their best we actually managed to get the test results back in time and got on the plane. Fantastic job guys.
