★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad that SR always discontinued the cake choices.
Last time fall in love with their blackforest, then they discontinued it.
Now we liked their Chocolate Strawberry, then discontinued again.
no more fruity fruits cake. All too filling & too sweet
Hope the management will look into this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awful outlet, the staff are rude and the food quality is bad.
The kitchen is too close to the tables which makes everything around it oily and sticky.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve eaten here several times, both in the weekday evenings and weekend mornings. The manager Cik Suhada is excellent in customer service; she attends to me at weekend mornings.
She’s extremely welcoming, attentive, polite and a good listener.
I also observed how she patiently explains those overlooking the cake counter and helps them make decisions. Her smile is so genuine.
She helps clear the table even when it was the other waitress who’s supposed to do so.
I’ve expressed to Suhada that she’s such a ‘peramah, pandai servis pelanggan, sabar dan sentiasa senyum je. Saya mmg suka makan kat sini bila Suhada ada’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate at this place on 19th Dec for family dinner, the next morning my family and I got food potion cause the chicken taste like spoil!!! never want to go this place anymore!! They dont serve fresh chicken. BECAREFUL OTHER CUSTOMER!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with Secret Recipe Hartamas. Broad menu with nice selections, pricet compared to walkin Malay & Indo restaurants but thats worth with the general quality of restaurant, menu and service.
All meals were delicious , recommend it to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with the food. I saw the set lunch and the price looked reasonable, main course plus 1 can drink at RM19.50. Basically, the drink is free.
I ordered the Ipoh Hor Fun Soup, which is kway teow soup. What I got:
1) the noodles were the dry type and it wasn't blanched long enough to be soft. Ipoh Hor Fun must be fresh noodles.
2) The soup was 'dirty' with sediments, and it should have been clear.
3) The chicken was not shredded, it was just a few pieces that was roughly chopped.
The menu is online but whoever did it, obviously didn't try using it on their phones. I couldn't read it and it didn't allow me to enlarge the text. I had to show the staff my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry I have to write bad review. I went during Ramadhan and I think they are understaffs. At 630pm, as the 2 staffs were busy at the counter, I walked to one of the staffs and show him the menu that I wanted to order. He straight away said this is for Buka Puasa only and then I showed him the dinner set is from 6pm onwards. Then he said sorry, ok nevermind. But what got me very dissapointed is that my food only came at about 720pm. I know I have to follow the food queue but I think they could have a better understanding that we are not fasting and they could have prepare our food first. When I went to check with the staffs at about 7pm, I passed by a reservation table with no diners yet but their food are already on the table. Maybe they were late but I think this is very unhygenic as the food were not covered. And the staffs should not serve the food before the diners have arrive. Sorry but they should have a better time management and also my mistake to dine in here during Ramadhan. Anyway, the mamak mee goreng is delicious ; just enough to cover the dissappointed I had with this outlet but sorry no more next time with this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my food through grab. Seriously disappointed. Worst packing ever. Ruined my whole house!!! When called the staff they denied about their terrible packing and blame on the grab. This is definetly not the grab fault.
