โ โ โ โ โ The contact we got helped book us a good seat. Food variety was so so. Sushi is nothing to write about here. The kambing golek / bakar is nice. Their usher and waiters are attentive.
Hope to see more quality variety in the future. Recommended if "got cash, hungry, and adventurous". Not recommended if "budget buffet hunter, value for money".

โ โ โ โ โ Came for their Christmas buffet. I expected some average hotel food. Turns out to be much worse than averageโฆnot much choices as well compared to the buffet dinner at hotel starting with the word h. Wouldnโt come here again.

Beef and Vegetables were salty,drinks were too sweet,maybe they use cordial water,I'm very unhappy had dinner here....totally regret...the satay taste so stiff, aren't supposed to the satay need to grilled not place inside the warmer...nothing special on their buffet menu,table too small....small space between tables, makes hard for people to pass by....only one person who always wants to serve me @MrTommy good job....ambience inside the restaurant were gloomy it's like having a dinner inside cave...I can't even give this restaurant half marks @50%....could rate 32%/100% for this restaurant....this is my first and last to dining here?????

โ โ โ โ โ Sedap Restaurant, Pullamn KLCC is an eatery where one should not overlooked when it comes to dining. Its interior speaks of simplicity. There is any ostentation and opulence of a top rated dining option like those in the vicinity, yet it is always well equipped with a team of attentive staff. The staff here refers to anyone from top to rank and file. Also, either the extensive buffet spread or the simple a la carte dining catches anyone's palate, whetting any hunger pangs.
I availed myself for dinner buffet on both 24th and 25th December. Both occasions saw huge turnouts of diners. The spread was extremely eye pleasing, with different food to offer for guests from all walks of life. Amongst the crowd, patrons adhered to SOP during the entire joyous time.
The array of food was the mastermind of Executive Chef Fung and Chef De Cuisine Chef Azizan. From succulent Seafood to Sushi Platter, from seasonal Turkey to premium Roast , from sinfully indulging pastries and delectable dessert. For the price they had offerred, guests walked home with a satisfying stomach.
I personally relished on the Prime Australian Roast beef and the juicy oysters. I also indulged in a decorative-laden dessert prepared by pastry Chef Tasnim. Oh how could i forget about the grilled satay. They heavenly. Sedap sekali.
Last but not least, the strong team of serving staff needs a special mention. Among them were Andy, the FnB director, Mus, Shariff the restaurant managers, Tommy the bar manager and Jubaidah. They all gave me personalized service despite being a hectic night.
Kudos to the team. I will return for another dining experience.

*Service* 2/10
- it took them averagely 30 minutes to attend to my text.
- no proper greeting
- overall correspondences is like talking to a automated robot (except the end conversation part)
- it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare the food
- +10 minutes till rider comes to pickup.
- did not provide options for delivery service (i have to pickup food at entrance)
they "assume" that all customers required the same service. My building is under movement restrictions. They just need a courtesy to ask first instead of assuming.
*Food* 2/10
**Japanese Bento ( Stir Fried Beef With Cabbage)**
- Very salty
- Beef too dry and chewy
- Chawanmushi was blend and looks like soup base (all the eggs crumbled)
- Miso soup tasted ok.
- Salad tasted normal however its in a infant portion
- Futomaki roll is okay (the only food tasted ok in the bento set)
**Japanese Bento (Deep Fried Chicken Cutlet with Scrambled Egg)**
- Chicken taste blend and dry
- Eggs and mushroom is mushy
- Chawanmushi tasted blend and looks like soup base (all the eggs crumbled)
- Miso soup tasted ok.
- Salad tasted normal however its in a infant portion
- Futomaki roll is okay (the only food tasted ok in the bento set)
**Korean Bento (Stir Fried Marinated Beef)**
- Beef extremely salty and dry
- beef gravy very salty
- marinated beansprout & peanuts is ok.
- ready made kimchi (too acidic)
- no salad provided ( but they mentioned it in the menu)
- stir fried mix vege tasted horribly with a burn smell.
**Drinks**
2x Pink Guava Juice
1x Mango Juice
(all 3 juices is okay, well i know i came from the tub anyway)
I wouldn't consider ordering again as the standards is not on par of a
4 starhotel.
The looks / presentation of the food is good, however when comes to the taste of it, even my kids doesn't even wants to eat it after a first bite, the only eatable food was the futomaki,white rice, salad and soups.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there couple of days before for dinner.
Quiet environment, as we were the only table in the restaurant. Needless to say, the service was superb.
I pretty familiar with Sedap Restaurant, as there's no stunning dishes, but all dish suppose to be above average. But this round, some dishes was not available, finally settle with King Prawn. The king prawn was way below average, as its not fresh at all. But its not that bad, so I just let it be.
Secondly, house wine that's opened but not flowing, needless to say, CANNOT serve to customer after 2 days. Tho the bar tender wanted to quickly open a new bottle for us to try out, I just pretty surprise they serve wine that has been opened for 2 days. Anyway, we tasted 2-4 type of wine and finally settled with a type which needless to try.
Overall good experience, tho food was not satisfying, the attentive service did help to gain some points, and I shall give it a try again.
